DESCRIPTION:
ANASTROZOLE (Arimidex) is a non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor used to reduce estrogen levels in the body. Each tablet typically contains 1 mg of Anastrozole. Chemically, it is designated as 1,3-benzodioxole-5,10-dihydro-2-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-ylmethyl)-6H-dibenz[c,e][1,2]oxazepine.
Arimidex works by blocking the aromatase enzyme, which converts androgens into estrogens. This results in lower estrogen levels, helping prevent estrogen-related side effects such as gynecomastia and water retention, and is often used during or after anabolic steroid cycles to maintain hormonal balance.
